This is a black rubberish plastic cap that goes under the Neck Unit and over the ball at the top of the neck post. This allows for friction between the Unit and the ball on the post that gives you the ability to pivot and turn your Ruby head in many directions and tilts. The Pivot cap slips on over the ball quickly.
